Assistant Manager – Evening Operations

About the Role

Track 15 Food Hall is looking for a motivated and dependable Assistant Manager to lead our evening operations and help close out each day with excellence. As the evening leader on duty, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our vibrant food hall runs smoothly, our guests leave happy, and our operations wrap up accurately and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

Lead Evening & Closing Operations

• Oversee the closing procedures for all food hall vendors to ensure proper processes are followed
• Ensure the food hall is clean, organized, and secure for the next day
• Manage end-of-night financial procedures including cash handling, register balancing, and daily reporting
• Close out the Toast POS system and confirm all transactions are processed correctly

Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guest concerns during evening hours
• Resolve issues quickly and professionally to ensure every guest leaves with a positive experience

Provide Operational Leadership

• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and organization throughout the food hall
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational policies

Support and Guide the Team

• Act as the main point of contact for vendors and team members during your shift
• Communicate operational updates and any issues to management
• Provide leadership and support to keep the food hall running smoothly throughout the evening

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, food service, or a related environment
• Highly organized, manages time and priorities
• Great project management skills, finish projects on time.
• Leader, takes charge, owns performance and results
• Experience managing closing procedures, cash handling, and nightly reporting
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Toast POS is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
• Availability to work evening and weekend shifts

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $55,000 – $65,000, based on experience and qualifications and aligned with local hospitality market standards.
