Responsibilities

1. Shift Management:

• Lead and inspire our team, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Cultivate a positive and energetic work environment that fosters teamwork, motivation, and high standards of service.

2. Continuous coaching & development of the bar and service team

• Ensure high quality training/onboarding
• Receive feedback from and collaborate with the team
• Give regular feedback, positive and negative with firm, professional communication

3. Assist with Inventory Management and Ordering

• Complete daily/monthly item counts with GM and KM
• Responsible for the ordering of product and supplies
• FIFO of all product on a daily basis

4. Administrative duties

• Upload and approve invoices
• Fill out daily shift log

Pay: $55,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year
