What they need
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations.
- Lead, motivate and monitor restaurant staff. Assign duties and monitor staff attendance, punctuality and performance.
- Ensure food quality, service, cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Ensure staff follow company SOPs and food safety procedures.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally. Get reviews from customers daily.
- Monitor stock levels, inventory, wastage and receiving supplies.
- Assist with cashier operations, cash handling and daily closing.
- Support the achievement of daily and monthly sales targets.
- Create content and marketing daily for restaurant
- Assist the Restaurant Manager / General Manager with administrative and operational tasks.
- Be hands-on and assist in cashier, serving, kitchen or other restaurant duties when required.
