Assistant Manager, Revenue Operations

Purpose of the Position
The South China Morning Post (SCMP) is looking for a Assistant Manager, Revenue Operations to join our high-performing team. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between media sales, finance, and system architecture - ensuring our revenue engine runs accurately, efficiently, and at scale.

In This Role, You Will:

• Master Billing Operations: Drive high-accuracy, timely billing workflows for both customers and vendors while ensuring strict regulatory compliance.
• Transform & Re-engineer Processes: Serve as a key agent of change by spotting systemic bottlenecks, pitching workflow optimizations, and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for major software upgrades.
• Bridge Strategic Stakeholders: Act as the go-to billing expert for our Sales teams and external business partners, resolving complex queries and smoothing out transaction friction.
• Own Financial Accuracy: Perform crucial, detailed billing reconciliations and build insightful financial reports to ensure every dollar of revenue is accurately captured.
• Tackle High-Impact Projects: Partner with leadership on special ad-hoc assignments and strategic media tech initiatives across the revenue operations ecosystem.

Skills and Experience that will lead to success:

• Degree or higher in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in accounting or operations (media industry experience is preferred).
• Expert knowledge of Google Workspace and hands-on experience with Salesforce.
• Decisive, accountable, self-starter, and a highly collaborative team player.
• Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.

Work location will be at Causeway Bay office.
