Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve the given sales target across designated region.
• Supervision of Stock and cold room operations.
• Develop implement market strategies.
• Support team in marketing Sales activities.
• Management of Route sales.
• Negotiation with retailer.
• Track team performance and productivity to identify areas for improvement.
• Collection of outstanding.
• Assist in conflict resolution and address day-to-day operational issues.
• Ensure the record maintenance of the company Asset.
• Analysis of sales data.
• Ensure team adheres to company policies and procedures.
• Helping with special tasks if any.
• Communicating well with all staff.

Special Skills, Mental or Personality Requirements:

• Good Communicator, comfortable to work in teams, punctual, polite to others, responsible, sincerity to the job, positive and creative thinker.
