Assistant Manager Sales (B2B)

About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Assistant Manager Sales (B2B) with at least 2 years of experience in Telecom/ISP sales. The role involves acquiring corporate clients, selling leased line and dedicated internet connectivity solutions, generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Acquire corporate clients for leased line and enterprise internet connectivity services.
• Generate leads through cold calling, field sales, networking, and client meetings.
• Build relationships with IT Heads, procurement teams, and business owners.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable connectivity solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
• Achieve sales targets and manage the sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams for service delivery.
• Manage existing accounts and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Candidate Requirements:-

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Telecom/ISP or enterprise internet connectivity sales (mandatory).
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in B2B, corporate sales, lead generation, and client acquisition.
• Knowledge of leased lines, Dedicated Internet Access (DIA), and enterprise broadband.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Target-oriented with good sales pipeline management skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for corporate client meetings in Gurugram.
