About the Company: PYG Lifesciences is a pharmaceutical intermediate manufacturer offering R&D, pilot-scale optimisation, commercial manufacturing, and CDMO/CMO services, known for quality, consistency, and reliable supply to domestic and international clients.

We're looking for an Assistant Manager – Sales to drive industrial B2B sales and key account growth in the pharmaceutical intermediates and speciality chemicals space.

Job Details:

• Vacancy: 1 Position
• Location: Vadodara
• Experience: Minimum 3–4 years in the pharmaceutical industry
• Preferred Industry: Speciality chemicals and Intermediates
• Qualification: Postgraduate or MBA in Marketing preferred
• Salary/CTC: To be disclosed during the interview

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business development and identify qualified leads in the pharma/specialty chemicals space
• Manage and grow key accounts, including renewals and agreements
• Own monthly/quarterly sales targets and reporting
• Track competitor activity and market pricing trends
• Coordinate with supply chain to ensure order fulfilment and delivery timelines
• Manage payment collection and customer feedback loops
• Prepare sales budgets and documentation

Required Skills:

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Basic accounting/bookkeeping knowledge
• MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
