Assistant Manager - Sales

Drive sales of infrastructure products/services within the assigned city and

territory.

● Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities and client

relationships.

● Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.

● Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to generate leads and

close deals.

● Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline data for the

reporting manager. ● Coordinate with internal teams (operations, technical, and finance) to ensure

smooth order execution.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, dealers, and

channel partners.

● Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing in the assigned location.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

● 2 – 3 years of proven experience in field sales, preferably in infrastructure,

construction, building materials, or related industries.

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA

preferred).

● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in an assigned territory.

● Willingness to travel locally for client visits and site meetings.

● Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM/reporting tools.

● Must be based in or willing to relocate to the respective job location.
