Assistant Manager Sales

• Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Supervising and guiding the sales team as well as providing incentives to motivate staff to achieve sales targets.
• Monitoring the performance of the sales team.
• Ensuring that the store is clean and well-maintained at all times.
• Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
• Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
• Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions.
• Sales Target Achievement: Lead the sales team to achieve monthly retail, booking, and delivery targets.
• Team Management: Guide, motivate, and monitor Sales Consultants to improve individual and team performance.
• Lead Management: Ensure timely follow-up of walk-in customers, digital leads, enquiries, and prospective customers.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure a positive buying experience throughout the sales process.
• Daily Sales Monitoring: Review daily sales performance, bookings, enquiries, test drives, and pending deliveries.
• Booking & Delivery Coordination: Monitor booking conversion, finance processing, documentation, vehicle allocation, and timely delivery.
• Team Training: Train Sales Consultants on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer handling, and objection management.
• CRM & Reporting: Ensure accurate CRM updates, follow-up records, and timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer feedback and resolve sales-related concerns in coordination with the Sales Manager.
• Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and local sales opportunities.
• Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to company sales processes, Hyundai standards, and showroom discipline.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
