Job Summary

Ecopmin Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – B2B Sales to drive business growth in the SMT, OEM, and electronics manufacturing industries. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in manufacturing or industrial product sales, new customer acquisition, and developing long-term relationships with key customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with OEMs, electronics manufacturers, EMS companies, and industrial customers.
• Promote SMT equipment, machinery, and engineering products to potential customers.
• Generate leads through market research, customer visits, industry networks, and exhibitions.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical and commercial solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and RFQs to quotations, negotiations, and order closure.
• Build and maintain relationships with purchase managers, plant managers, production heads, and key decision-makers.
• Coordinate with technical, application, and service teams to meet customer requirements.
• Develop sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates.
• Support key account management and develop long-term customer partnerships.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of B2B sales experience in SMT, OEM, electronics manufacturing, industrial machinery, or engineering products.
• Strong experience in manufacturing product sales and new customer acquisition.
• Proven ability to manage the complete sales cycle and close business deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to understand technical products and customer requirements.
• Experience handling key accounts and developing new markets.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.
