Compensation: $60k - $80k yearly, plus sales commissions, bonus opportunities monthly , and applicable overtime.

About the Opportunity

Are you outgoing, motivated, and interested in fitness? LA Fitness is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager – Sales to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and helping others reach their fitness goals.

No previous gym or sales experience is necessary. We provide training to help you learn our membership options, sales process, and daily operations. We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with daily sales operations and support the sales team.
• Make outbound phone calls to prospective members and follow up with interested guests.
• Welcome guests, answer questions, and provide tours of the gym and its amenities.
• Explain membership options, pricing, promotions, and available services.
• Build relationships with members, prospects, and local businesses.
• Participate in local marketing and outreach by visiting nearby businesses and promoting the club.
• Help generate new leads, schedule appointments, and follow up with potential members.
• Work toward sales goals while delivering excellent customer service.
• Help create a welcoming, energetic, and motivating gym environment.

No prior management, gym, or sales experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidate!

Compensation & Benefits

• Commission earned on eligible membership sales.
• At least two bonus opportunities available each month, subject to applicable performance criteria.
