Assistant Manager Sales - Software Solutions

We are urgently looking for an Assistant Manager Sales - Software Solutions for one of our clients.

Location: Lahore

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and client outreach.
• Drive B2B sales by presenting software solutions, negotiating commercial terms, and closing deals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to support customer retention and account growth.
• Assess client needs and collaborate with technical teams to recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
• Monitor sales performance, maintain pipeline records, and work toward assigned revenue targets.

Requirements

• MBA in Marketing or a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 4–6 years of B2B sales experience in software solutions, ERP, enterprise applications, SaaS, business automation, or IT solutions.
• Proven experience in business development, enterprise sales, key account management, and consultative selling.
• Experience preparing commercial proposals, delivering software demonstrations, and negotiating business contracts.
