Assistant Manager - Sales (Sourcing)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a strong Channel Partner (CP) network for assigned project and market.
• Identify, onboard and activate new channel partners / brokers.
• Drive business through existing and newly onboarded CPs.
• Build strong relationships with property consultants, brokers and referral partners.
• Conduct regular CP meetings, presentations, site visits and broker meets.
• Communicate project USPs, pricing, inventory, schemes and payment plans to CPs.
• Generate qualified leads and drive site visits and bookings through the CP network.
• Track CP-wise performance, lead flow, site visits and closures.
• Ensure regular follow-up with CPs to maximise conversions.
• Identify inactive CPs and implement strategies for CP activation and productivity.

Job Requirements :

• 7-12 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in a similar role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective channel partner development.
• Strong understanding of Market and ability to build strong relationships with channel partners.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
