ASSISTANT MANAGER – SECURITY INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to support our growing Security Integrated Management Solutions team. You will work closely with project teams, clients and vendors to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and successfully.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and coordinating security system projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with project teams, engineers, technicians, clients and vendors.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, quality and deliverables.
• Assist in resolving technical, site and project-related issues.
• Maintain good relationships with clients and support client requirements.
• Conduct site visits and attend project meetings when required.
• Prepare project reports, documentation and progress updates.
• Support the Manager in daily project and operational activities.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, IT, Project Management or related field.
• Relevant experience in CCTV, Access Control, ELV or Integrated Security Systems is an advantage.
• Good project coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Chinese-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Experience dealing directly with clients is an added advantage.
• Must possess own transport.
• Willing to travel outstation and overseas when required.
• Position is based in Penang.
