Assistant Manager -Security Operation

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Assistant Manager – Security Operations to oversee and manage security operations across assigned sites. The role involves supervising security teams, ensuring proper deployment and discipline, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance with company and security standards.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team-management skills, with experience in security operations or facility management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily security operations at assigned sites.
• Supervise and guide security guards.
• Check attendance, discipline, grooming, and performance.
• Ensure proper manpower deployment and replacement.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections.
• Coordinate with clients and resolve their concerns.
• Ensure security procedures and company rules are followed.
• Handle and report security incidents.
• Conduct security briefings and training.
• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports.
• Coordinate with HR and Operations teams.
• Maintain good relationships with clients and employees.
