Assistant Manager/ Senior Assistant Manager (People Operations)

You will manage the delivery of end-to-end HR operations with a focus on onboarding, employee lifecycle transactions, and employee data accuracy.

This role sits within the HR People Operations Hub and ensures smooth, efficient, and compliant HR processes.

• Oversee day-to-day HR service delivery of core processes including onboarding, contract renewals, .
• Governance in workflow approvals for HR documents (e.g., LOAs, contract renewals, employment letters)
• Work closely with team on the day-to-day escalations and evaluate alternative solutions
• Plan and reprioritise work and team resources based on changing situations and emerging issues
• Identify data accuracy of team via regular data checks through report abstractions.
• Manage workflow transactions (e.g., onboarding, transfers, contract employment renewal changes)
• Data governance and troubleshoot any discrepancies escalation
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to HR processes
• Generate HR reports, metrics and documentation as required

Job Requirements

• A Degree holder with at least 6 years of relevant HR operations experience with minimally 2 years in leading teams
• Experience with HRIS system such as SuccessFactors would be advantageous.
• Good understanding of HR processes (onboarding, contract management, employee information management)
• Meticulous, comfortable to handle high volume of transactional tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and service oriented.
