Assistant Manager / Senior Assistant Manager (Research Office)

You will support the Research Director in leading and advancing research activities across SKH. Working closely with researchers, institutional leaders, funding agencies and regulatory bodies, you will play a key role in developing research initiatives, supporting grant and project administration, ensuring compliance with research governance requirements, and driving strategic and operational improvements to strengthen the institution’s research capabilities and outcomes.

Requirements

• Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Health Sciences, Nursing, Allied Health, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or a related discipline, with at least 6 years of relevant experience and managerial/supervisory experience
• Experience in research administration, healthcare operations, grant management, research-related activities or project management will be advantageous
• Familiarity with research governance, regulatory requirements and funding administration is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and data management tool
