3) Work on ATP & proactively Communication to customers and Front end in case of Abnormality.
4) Handle the direct Shipments of the Customers & prioritize the material Supply.
5) Foresee the seasonality of the parts & work accordingly on the replenishment of the material.
6) Synchronize to change in business scenario.
7) Take care of shipping the items as per plan.
8) Identify issues leading to Customer dissatisfaction.
