Assistant Manager (Service Operations, Learning & Development)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work with stakeholders, such as clinic and ward managers, to use patient feedback and operational data to:

• Identify areas for improvement.

• Develop improvement initiatives.

• Plan and implement changes to improve patient experience in line with NUH Service Delivery System.

• Set and manage project timelines.

• Work with stakeholders to ensure initiatives are smoothly integrated into daily operations.

1. Monitor and evaluate the results of implemented initiatives and use data to recommend further improvements.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Management or equivalent
