Assistant Manager - Site Project Manager

To manage and execute PEB/industrial construction projects at site, ensuring timely completion, quality, safety, cost control, and effective coordination with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute complete PEB/steel construction projects from mobilization to handover.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules, milestones, and budgets.
• Coordinate with Design, Sales, PMG, CMG, Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Erection teams .
• Manage site activities including material receipt, erection, installation, fabrication, and finishing works.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
• Review drawings, BOQs, project specifications, and technical requirements.
• Ensure availability of manpower, materials, equipment, tools, and resources at site.
• Monitor contractor/subcontractor performance and productivity.
• Identify project risks, delays, technical issues, and site constraints and take corrective actions.
• Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
• Conduct regular site meetings and provide project progress reports to management.
