Assistant Manager / Sr Executive - General Trade

Job Purpose:

The Assistant Manager / Sernior Executive - General Trade Sales will be responsible for managing sales operations within a specific geographical area. The ASM will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to execute sales strategies, ensure effective distribution, and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute area-specific sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Manage and expand relationships with key distributors, retailers, and business partners in the area.
• Coordinate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure product availability and visibility.
• Conduct market visits and maintain a high level of presence within the area.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to the management team.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
• Train and support sales executives to maximize performance and achieve targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 6+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on general trade or distribution channels.
• Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze sales trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Experience in the eyewear, retail, or consumer goods industries is preferred.
• Strong local market knowledge and network.
