Assistant Manager - Steering System

Steering Systems:

* Lead the design, development, and integration of cutting-edge steering systems, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards.
* Drive innovation strategies within the steering systems team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and new technology adoption.
* Apply Agile methodologies to manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.
* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers, fostering their growth and development.
* Oversee the entire software development lifecycle for steering system components.
* Develop and implement robust system designs and performance optimizations.
* Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
* Champion problem-solving initiatives, identifying and resolving complex technical challenges.
* Contribute to the overall technical strategy for automotive systems within the organization.
* Utilize Dassault Systems CATIA for design and development activities.

Job Qualifications:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience in automotive engineering, specifically within steering systems.
* Extensive experience with Agile Methodology and Project Management.
* Demonstrated ability in Technical Leadership and Technical Strategy development.
* Proficiency in Dassault Systems CATIA.
* Strong understanding of Software Development principles and practices.
* Excellent Problem Solving and Innovation skills.
* Experience in Mentorship and team development.
* Proven track record in Performance Optimizations and System Designs.
* Exceptional Stakeholder Management and communication abilities.
