Job Summary

MANNAM Studio is seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Manager Stitching to oversee stitching operations, manage production teams, and ensure the achievement of production targets while maintaining export quality standards. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership, technical expertise in garment manufacturing, and the ability to optimize production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily stitching operations to achieve production targets.
• Manage stitching supervisors, line leaders, and production workers.
• Ensure compliance with buyer specifications, approved samples, and export-quality standards.
• Monitor production efficiency, line balancing, manpower utilization, and workflow.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective measures to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with Cutting, Quality Control, Finishing, and Planning departments.
• Monitor stitching defects, rework, and rejection rates to improve product quality.
• Ensure timely completion of production orders according to shipment schedules.
• Prepare and review daily production reports and performance metrics.
• Maintain workplace discipline and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree (Graduation).
• Minimum Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in stitching/garment production management.
• Experience in an export-oriented garment manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ladies' garments, stitching operations, and production planning.
• Proven ability to manage production teams and achieve daily targets.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Good understanding of quality control, line balancing, and production efficiency.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict production deadlines.

Salary & Compensation

Monthly Salary: PKR 100,000 – 120,000, depending on experience, skills, and suitability.
