What you'll do

As Assistant Manager – Store Audit, you will lead and manage the independent store audit function across KSA.

You will oversee a team of Store Auditors, ensure effective audit planning and coverage, drive timely closure of findings, and deliver accurate audit score reporting to improve operational compliance, control, and performance across Noon Minutes.

  • Lead and manage the KSA Store Audit team, ensuring effective deployment, productivity, and performance across the store network.
  • Develop and maintain the annual, monthly, and weekly audit plans to ensure consistent and risk-based coverage of all stores.
  • Optimize auditor allocation and territory mapping, considering store distribution, travel distances, business priorities, and audit frequency.
  • Ensure audit coverage and resource allocation are aligned with the network scale and the target auditor-to-store ratio.
  • Conduct and oversee independent store audits covering operational processes, inventory accuracy, stock management, cash handling where applicable, documentation, and compliance with company policies.
  • Identify control gaps, process deviations, operational risks, and recurring audit findings, and recommend practical corrective and preventive actions.
  • Track audit findings through to closure, ensuring clear ownership, agreed timelines, and appropriate supporting evidence.
  • Prepare and present audit scores, reports, dashboards, and trend analyses to the function lead and relevant stakeholders.
  • Analyze audit results to identify recurring issues, high-risk stores, and opportunities to improve operational performance and compliance.
  • Partner with Store Operations, Central Operations, and relevant stakeholders to address findings and strengthen operational controls.
  • Establish consistent audit standards, reporting practices, and follow-up mechanisms across the KSA network.
  • Coach and develop Store Auditors, providing guidance on audit execution, documentation, reporting quality, and performance expectations.
  • Escalate significant control failures, repeated non-compliance, and high-risk findings to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Support the continuous improvement of audit methodologies, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in retail audit, store operations audit, internal audit, operational compliance, or a related field.
  • Previous experience supervising or leading an audit team, preferably in a multi-site retail, grocery, e-commerce, or quick-commerce environment.
  • Strong understanding of store operations, inventory management, stock reconciliation, operational controls, and compliance procedures.
  • Proven ability to plan and coordinate audits across multiple locations while optimizing resources and travel schedules.
  • Experience tracking audit findings, coordinating corrective actions, and ensuring timely closure.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret audit results, identify trends, and prepare clear performance reports.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools; experience with Power BI or similar dashboard platforms is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge non-compliance constructively and influence corrective action.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities across a geographically dispersed network.
  • Willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia as required to conduct and oversee store audits.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

Who will excel?

  • We’re looking for people with high standards who understand that hard work matters.
  • You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.
  • We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.
  • Noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.
