What You'll Do

🔹 Drive Supply Chain & Logistics Performance

• Manage inbound logistics operations through logistics service providers and freight partners
• Monitor service performance, KPIs, and operational efficiency
• Resolve logistics issues and drive sustainable solutions

🔹 Lead Optimization Initiatives

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, service levels, visibility, and productivity
• Analyze logistics data and translate insights into impactful actions
• Support continuous improvement and operational excellence projects

🔹 Partner with Stakeholders

• Work closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams
• Engage logistics providers to improve service performance and accountability
• Facilitate vendor reviews and governance discussions

🔹 Support Digitalization

• Utilize systems and analytics to improve logistics visibility and decision-making
• Participate in automation, reporting, and process digitization initiatives
• Drive adoption of technology-enabled solutions across the logistics network

What We're Looking For

✅ Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field

✅ 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, transportation, or operations

✅ Experience working with 3PLs, freight forwarders, or logistics service providers

✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

✅ Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence

✅ Experience with ERP systems, Power BI, SAP, TMS, or logistics analytics tools is a plus
