General Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team across material management, shipping, and customs clearance functions.
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure achievement of operational KPIs.
• Oversee daily material management and shipping operations to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of inventory transactions and SAP data maintained by the team.
• Act as the key liaison with Quality Assurance to ensure adherence to healthcare industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and evaluate logistics and supply chain vendors, driving service excellence and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and support business needs.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, compliance, and service quality.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• 5 years or above experience in supply chain, logistics, material management, or inventory management.
• Experience in a healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, or other regulated environment.
• Proven experience in team leadership, performance management, and people development.
• Familiarity with QA requirements, GDP/GMP standards, and vendor management.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
