Assistant Manager - Sustainability & Risk Management

At Lion Property Division, We are looking for a driven and proactive Assistant Manager – Sustainability & Risk Management to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced sustainability, ESG or risk management professional to play a key role in supporting the Company's sustainability agenda, regulatory compliance, risk management initiatives and ESG reporting.

What You’ll Be Doing :

✅Sustainability & ESG

• Support the implementation and monitoring of the Company's Sustainability Strategy, policies and action plans.
• Coordinate sustainability-related initiatives and work closely with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor developments in ESG frameworks, sustainability practices and regulatory requirements relevant to the business.

✅Data Management & ESG Reporting

• Coordinate the collection, consolidation and tracking of sustainability and ESG data from various departments.
• Prepare and maintain supporting documentation for sustainability reporting, internal reviews and disclosures.
• Ensure appropriate records, documentation and audit trails are maintained to support the Company's sustainability reporting requirements.

✅Regulatory Compliance

• Keep abreast of developments in sustainability regulations, ESG frameworks and reporting standards.
• Support the Company in meeting applicable sustainability and ESG-related regulatory and reporting requirements.
• Work with relevant stakeholders to identify compliance gaps and support timely corrective actions.

✅Risk Management

• Collaborate with functional departments to strengthen risk awareness and risk management practices across the organisation.
• Support the identification, assessment and monitoring of key business risks.
• Assist in developing and following up on appropriate risk mitigation and improvement actions.
• Analyse risk trends and issues and provide practical recommendations to relevant stakeholders.

Who We’re Looking For :

• Educational Background : Bachelor’s Degree, Post-Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Risk Management / related discipline.
• Experience : Ideally in the corporate sustainability, ESG, risk management, ESG reporting / related areas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and risks, investigate issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Willingness to travel locally or overseas when required.
