Job Summary

PROTEC is looking for a result-oriented HR professional to manage end-to-end talent acquisition, manpower planning, and employee skill development. The candidate must have strong recruitment execution skills, experience in manufacturing manpower hiring, and good knowledge of MS Excel for HR MIS, recruitment analytics, and training data management.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for shopfloor, technical, engineering, and managerial positions.
• Coordinate with HODs for manpower planning, vacancy prioritization, and timely recruitment.
• Source candidates through Naukri, consultants, employee referrals, and campus placements.
• Manage screening, interviews, salary negotiations, offer releases, and joining follow-ups.
• Track recruitment lead time, offer-to-joining ratio, vacancy status, and recruitment effectiveness.

Skill Development & Training

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and prepare the annual training calendar.
• Develop and maintain employee skill matrices and competency assessment records.
• Coordinate induction, technical, safety, quality, behavioral, and OJT programmes.
• Identify internal trainers and implement structured shop floor skill development initiatives.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training records as per IATF 16949 requirements.

HR MIS & Reporting

• Prepare recruitment, manpower, attrition, absenteeism, and training MIS reports.
• Use MS Excel effectively for data analysis, dashboards, trackers, and management reporting.
• Maintain accurate recruitment databases, training records, and competency reports.
• Analyse recruitment delays and training gaps and recommend corrective actions.

Required Skills

• 3–7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in auto components or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition and shopfloor manpower recruitment.
• Practical experience in training coordination, skill matrices, TNA, and competency development.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, lookup functions, and MIS reporting.
• Working knowledge of Naukri and other recruitment platforms.
• Understanding of IATF 16949 training and competency requirements.
• Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and execution skills.
