Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from requisition to onboarding
• Develop and execute Talent Acquisition strategies aligned with business requirements
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals & professional networks
• Manage high-volume hiring across manufacturing, technical, corporate & management positions
• Partner with HODs and hiring managers for manpower and competency requirements
• Build talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions
• Conduct candidate screening, competency-based interviews & selection coordination
• Support Employer Branding, campus hiring, MTO programs & internships

Required Skills:

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management or related field
• Experience in textile, manufacturing, FMCG or large-scale organizations preferred
• Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and volume hiring
• Proven experience in technical, operational, corporate & management hiring
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation & interviewing skills
• Experience in recruitment analytics, dashboards & reporting
