About the Role

Mewah is seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across Malaysia and Singapore. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to attract, engage, and hire high-calibre talent across corporate, commercial, and operational functions.

This role will also support employer branding initiatives, talent pipeline development, campus engagement activities, and continuous improvement of recruitment processes to support the Group's growth and talent needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver recruitment solutions.
• Source and engage both active and passive candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future hiring requirements.
• Support employer branding, campus recruitment, and talent attraction initiatives in collaboration with the relevant team members and stakeholders.
• Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and hiring recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and recruitment database accuracy.
• Support recruitment activities for Singapore and travel on an as-needed basis.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment, preferably within an in-house environment.
• Proven track record in hiring for professional, corporate, commercial, and management-level positions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior leaders and business stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, direct sourcing, and talent mapping.
• Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, campus recruitment, or talent engagement initiatives would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Willing to travel to Port Klang for stakeholder meetings and interview activities, with occasional travel to Singapore when required.
