Assistant Manager-Talent Acquisition

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition to lead talent acquisition, employee experience, and staff relations across all myG locations. The role involves managing recruitment , driving HR initiatives, and leading regional People Excellence teams to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for Head Office, and Regional Offices.
• Manage senior-level recruitment and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to plan recruitment strategies and workforce requirements.
• Drive employee engagement, experience, satisfaction, and retention initiatives.
• Handle employee relations and support store managers on HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate between store teams, Regional Business Managers, Business Development Managers, and Head Office.
• Implement HR initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required Skills

• Experience: 4–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in talent acquisition and team management.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with relevant HR experience in retail or multi-location organizations, strong recruitment expertise, and team management experience are preferred.
