Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition - Non IT Recruitment

Role & responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team and drive end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Handle non-IT recruitment across Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, Finance, HR, Projects and Corporate functions.
• Work closely with Business and Functional Heads to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, databases and campus hiring.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions.
• Set recruitment targets for the team and monitor individual and overall performance.
• Manage candidate screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, offer release and joining.
• Track recruitment TAT, quality of hire, offer-to-joining ratio and recruiter productivity.
• Manage recruitment consultants and ensure cost-effective hiring.
• Present recruitment MIS and hiring status reports to management.

Preferred candidate profile:

• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• 5-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, with strong exposure to non-IT hiring.
• Proven experience in team handling.
• Candidates from Building Materials or Manufacturing industries preferred.
• Strong sourcing, negotiation, communication and candidate closure skills.
• Target-oriented with strong leadership and team-management capabilities.
