Role: Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition
Location: Delhi

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline Sales positions across North India.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and social media channels.
• Conduct screening interviews and assess candidates on communication, sales aptitude, stability, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain hiring trackers, recruitment MIS, and ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Build strong talent pipelines for frontline, field sales, and managerial sales roles.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Ensure achievement of recruitment KPIs including TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and quality of hire.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-6 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience.
• Strong experience in bulk and lateral hiring for Sales roles.
• Hands-on expertise in sourcing through Naukri and other recruitment channels.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as an Individual Contributor (IC).
• Experience in multi-location hiring preferred.
• Hands-on experience in bulk/mass hiring is mandatory.
• Candidates with prior experience working in HR consultancies or recruitment agencies will be given preference.
