Talent Management

• Manage the end-to-end Talent Management cycle, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and people strategies.
• Conduct potential and talent assessments to identify high-potential employees and future leadership talent.
• Facilitate Talent Council meetings, including preparation, coordination, and follow-up on key talent decisions and actions.
• Manage Development Action Committees (DACs) / Development Discussions to drive individual development and career growth.
• Maintain, analyse, and present talent data, dashboards, and reports to support data-driven talent decisions.
• Partner with key stakeholders to identify talent development needs, succession requirements, and capability gaps.
