Assistant Manager, Tax

Responsibilities:

• Preparation for participate in Tax Corporate Governance
• Assist on implementation of Global Minimum Tax and handle the GMT reporting
• Monitoring and manage Group’s Country by Country Reporting
• Assist in identification and assessment of potential tax risk areas/issues and propose risk management risk management solutions
• Assist in providing advice and guidance for achieving optimal tax positions
• Ability to keep abreast of new tax development and enhancements
• Support in the formulation of tax policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting and possess professional accounting/tax bodies qualification
• Minimum of 5 years of corporate and across border tax experience in reputable accounting firms and preferably with commercial experience
• Excellent technical knowledge in various areas of taxation: International and across border, corporate, personal, withholding tax and indirect tax
• Resourceful with strong analytical and project management skills
• Good interpersonal skills, results driven with multi-tasking capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
