Job Summary

Core responsibilities Lead solution design from the problem to production. Break work into clear tasks with acceptance criteria and realistic timelines. Make sensible choices on data flows, APIs, apps, automation and support. Escalate bigger architecture or security issues to the Technical Lead. Set the standard for code quality, testing, documentation and review. Keep the team's work consistent. Review designs and code. Help unblock developers and coach them through decisions. Work with the Delivery Commercial Lead and domain specialists to make sure what's built is useful, supportable and commercially relevant. Build observability, access control, data handling and recoverability into solutions from the start. Own the team's technical documentation so the products can be supported by more than one person. Support incident resolution and help improve the root cause.
