Assistant Manager Technical Support

Role & responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for marble and tile installation,maintenance, and application issues.
• Guide architects, interior designers, contractors, and customers on product specifications and installation best practices.
• Conduct site visits to resolve technical concerns and ensure proper product application.
• Deliver product training and technical presentations to customers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure quality control, maintain technical documentation, and collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to support customer requirements.

Desired Skill Set:

• B.Tech (or equivalent) in Civil, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, installation techniques, and product specifications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail with the ability to train and collaborate effectively across teams.
