Kualifikasi:
- Minimal S1 Manajemen/Teknik Industri/Teknik Mesin/Teknik Elektro (min. GPA: 3.00)
- Memiliki pengalaman setidaknya 5-10 tahun di bidang yang sama/relevan.
- Menguasai proses Casting, Forging, Injection, Machining, Polishing, Platting & PVD.
- Memahami metodologi riset, analisis data, dan manajemen proyek modifikasi (CAPEX).
- Memahami formulasi & desain produk dan uji kelayakan (Testing & Scale-Up)
- Memahami software teknis & desain.
- Penempatan: Unit Pabrik Serpong, Tangerang.
