Description and Requirements

Responsibilities

• Excellent Team Player with transactional skills
• Monitor projects all tasks ongoing basis, evaluate progress and quality
• Manage issue resolution process, and raise issue/risks as necessary
• Work type and process compliance Quality audit governance
• Create and govern effective process and work closely with stakeholders
• Prepare Management reports as required
• Management of multiple GACs tasks assigned
• Manage Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly calls with the client
• Team and Queue Management
• Ensure all tasks are completed on time as per request from client

Skills

• Good understanding of US Pension Insurance
• Any Certification will be preferred (Like LOMA etc)
• Excellent understanding of Excel, Powerpoint and Documents creation
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to clearly communicate/articulate technical and functional issues with conclusions and recommendations to Leadership/stakeholders (via weekly, monthly and Quarterly status report)
• Should be good in reporting to ensure strong governance
