• Search and collect government and private tender notices from different sources.
• Study the tender documents and prepare the required documents accordingly.
• Assist in tender preparation, printing, file organization, and final submission.
• Prepare technical data sheets, compliance sheets, specifications, and supporting technical documents.
• Coordinate with local and international manufacturers/suppliers to explore new products and dealership opportunities.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in both public and private sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Maintain proper tender records, files, and documentation; prepare product/service-based technical presentations and documents.
• Visit different offices/organizations for document submission, collection, and follow-up when required.
• Perform any other task assigned by the Tender Department/Management.

Requirements

• Experience: 2 years
• Education: business administration
• Skills: tendering, competitive tendering, tender documentation, tender planning, tender management, procurement processes, it procurement, tender submissions, tender preparation, tender offers
