Assistant Manager - Training & Development -Retail

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify training needs and develop training programs for store employees and retail teams.
• Conduct induction, product knowledge, customer service, sales, and process training sessions.
• Monitor employee performance and recommend learning interventions to improve productivity.
• Design training content, SOPs, training calendars, and assessment tools.
• Conduct on-the-job coaching and regular store visits to ensure training effectiveness.
• Track training KPIs, employee skill improvement, and training completion reports.
• Collaborate with Operations and HR teams to drive employee engagement and retention.
• Ensure consistent implementation of company standards across all store locations.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Retail Training, preferably from Grocery, Supermarket, FMCG, or Retail chains.
• Strong presentation, communication, and coaching skills.
• Experience in creating training modules and conducting classroom and on-floor training.
• English & Kannada is must
• Proficient in MS Office and training documentation.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
