Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Conduct regular assessments to evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
• Design and deliver coaching programs to improve performance and productivity.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in training and development processes.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on best practices and industry standards.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
• Experience with CRM/IT enabled services/BPO industry is preferred.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
• Bachelor's degree required; relevant certifications or advanced degrees are a plus.
