Policybazaar is hiring Assistant Manager Training (Chennai)
Office Address: IIFL Tower, 143, MGR Salai, Kandanchavadi, Perungudi, Chennai 600096
Schedule: 6 days a week ( Need to travel 7 to 8 days in a month)

Should know Tamil (Advanced) & Malayalam Language(Should be able to understand ) as AM will be managing Tamil Nadu and Kerala both.

Job Overview

Policybazaar is looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager Training to lead our training department at the Chennai office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing trainers, driving team performance, and ensuring high-quality process training.

Key Requirements

Experience: Strong background in Sales /process training with proven team handling experience.
Domain: Prior experience in the Insurance or BPO domain is highly preferred.
Skills: * Ability to manage trainers and effectively drive floor performance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
In-depth knowledge of process training, coaching methodologies, and refresher modules.
Strong command over MS Excel and data reporting.
