Assistant Manager - Training

Job Type: Permanent
Qualification: Graduate; MBA would be a plus.
Experience: 6 to 8 Years of Training in Facility Management or Manpower industry
Industry/Experience Specification: Candidate from Facility Management or Manpower industry preferred

Key Responsibilities:
01) Standardize housekeeping procedures and train staff on best practices, productivity improvement, and customer satisfaction. 02) Liaise with Operations, HR, and Client Teams to ensure alignment on manpower development goals.
03) Maintain training MIS, attendance, feedback, and assessment records.
04) Improve existing training material.
05) Implement new standards of training.

**Desired Candidate Profile:**01) Educational Qualification: Any graduate degree. MBA would be a plus.
02) Work Experience: Minimum 07 to 08 Years of training.
03) Prior experience of training in a manpower or facility management company is highly preferred.
04) Notice Period: Candidates who can join immediately or in 10 or 15 days would be considered favorably.

5. Communication and Languages: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Kannada.
6. Understanding of training methodologies.
7. Negotiation skills & ability to mobilize resources quickly.
