Training Assistant Manager Travel Process (Client Site)

Job Summary: We are hiring a Training Assistant Manager for a Travel Process in the BPO sector. The candidate should have strong expertise in Amadeus, Sabre and Galileo GDS and experience managing a team of trainers while working closely with client stakeholders at the client location. The role involves driving training effectiveness, team performance, and continuous learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of trainers to ensure effective training delivery.
• Conduct new hire, process, product, and refresher training programs.
• Deliver and oversee training on Amadeus , Sabre, Galileo GDS , reservations, ticketing, and travel operations.
• Partner with client and operations teams to identify training needs and bridge performance gaps.
• Track training metrics, evaluate effectiveness, and drive improvement plans.
• Develop training content, SOPs, assessments, and knowledge management resources.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and mentorship to trainers and agents.

Requirements:

• 4-8 years of experience in Training within the Travel BPO industry only.
• Hands-on expertise in Amadeus GDS (Must).
• Experience handling and mentoring multiple trainers .
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, reporting, and team management skills.
