Experience:

• Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
• 36 years in Training/L&D

Role Purpose:

The Assistant Manager Training is responsible for designing, delivering, and tracking training programs that improve employee performance, especially in sales, customer handling, and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Needs Analysis:

• Identify skill gaps with business heads

• Analyze performance data and feedback

• Convert business problems into training solutions

  Training Design & Content Development:

• Create structured training modules

• Develop engaging content (PPTs, role plays, assessments)

• Customize training for different experience levels

1. Training Delivery:

• Conduct classroom and virtual training
• Deliver onboarding programs
• Facilitate sales training (cold calling, objection handling)

2. Performance Coaching:

• Provide floor support and live feedback
• Improve conversion and productivity

3. Training Effectiveness:

• Measure impact using KPIs
• Conduct assessments and certifications

4. Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with Sales, HR, and Operations
• Provide regular updates

5. Process Improvement:

• Maintain trackers and dashboards
• Support digital learning initiatives
