Assistant Manager - Training Operations

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for the complete coordination of all the training programs in the region
• Ensure up to date training materials are available, ensure tutor qualifications are upto date.
• Receipt of information on course
• Course confirmation notification
• Logistic arrangement for training
• Update training materials
• Prepare evaluation forms & attendance list
• Ensure availability of all training tools / equipments for the trainers
• Email clients for items needed for In-House Training
• Make available rates and hotel charges to tutor
• Book training rooms for the tutors
• Receipt of new and amended training material
• Update latest training material in share-drive
• Update / duplicate / new amended standards
• Dispatch documents to UK
• Invoicing and certification
• Credit controls
• Generate letters to clients for overdue payment (>30 days and >60 days)
• Filing for training courses (evaluation forms, acknowledgment letters, certificates, etc), HCE reports

and certificates

• Prepare various KPI report such a feedback, pass percentage and CSAT.
• At all times, comply with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.
