What they need
Prioritizing and Organizing skills
Excellent communication skills
A flair for Coaching, Development and Counselling skills
Problem solving skills and an ability to analyze and take decisions
Ability to motivate trainees
Ability to meet acute deadlines
Flexibility and a willingness to take on additional responsibility as well as travel, if necessary, to train batches
Good command over computer usage
Should be from a BPO / Floor Support Training Experience
Create training programs and / or projects to enhance trainee and agent effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a trainer within BPO industry environment; at least 2 years as a Training Lead or Training Supervisor focusing on Soft Skills Training or Communications Training
- Amenable to work onsite fulltime in Iloilo City
