Assistant Manager - Transaction Services

I’m recruiting for a growing Transaction Services team in London and would be keen to speak with ACA-qualified candidates who have already gained experience within Financial Due Diligence / Transaction Services.

The role offers exposure to a broad range of transactions and the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility across live deals.

What you’ll be doing:

• Delivering financial due diligence assignments
• Analysing financial information and financial models
• Preparing and reviewing due diligence reports
• Supporting net debt and working capital analysis
• Reviewing SPAs and preparing funds flows
• Working alongside tax, IT and other specialist teams
• Managing multiple transactions and client workstreams
• Supporting junior members of the team
• Building relationships with clients, banks, private equity firms and other advisers
• Getting involved in business development and networking

What they’re looking for:

• ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification
• Previous Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence experience
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills
• Good report-writing and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a deal-driven environment
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of the transaction process
