Assistant Manager -Treasury & Accounts

1. Treasury Management: Oversee daily cash positions, bank balances, and cash flow forecasts to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
2. Banking & Compliance: Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and compliance with banking regulations.
3. Payment Processing: Plan and execute supplier payments, inter-company fund transfers, and foreign exchange transactions with proper approvals.
4. Financial Planning: Develop and implement cash management strategies, negotiate banking terms, and optimize costs.
5. Accounting Oversight: Supervise monthly financial reporting, trial balance reviews, and general ledger analysis.
6. Tax & Compliance: Ensure timely VAT and CT returns and adherence to financial regulations.
7. Audit Coordination: Work closely with auditors to complete statutory audits and maintain financial transparency.
8. Accounts Payable & Receivable: Monitor AR/AP aging, ensuring timely invoicing, payments, and reconciliation.
9. Expenses: Oversee payroll processing, expense tracking, and fund availability for business operations.
10. Financial Reporting: Prepare in-house and ad-hoc reports for management decision-making and strategic planning.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting including Chartered Accountants, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong experience in treasury and accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, banking regulations, and treasury management.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Strong negotiation skills for banking and financial transactions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of VAT and tax compliance for UAE and KSA.
• Strong communication skills.
